Return Policy

Return Policy for Refunds:

Wrestlersupply.com wants you to be pleased with your purchase.  We do understand that from time to time a purchase may not work out.  We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.  No re-stocking fees will be applied toward any items returned within 30 days of purchase date.  A 25% restocking fees will be charged on all merchandise returned over 30 days after purchase date.  All returns and exchanges need to be returned back in re-sellable store bought condition with original packaging.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchanges that are not in compliance with our policy.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable on any returned items.

Please call Customer Service for a return authorization number to be placed on the outside of the package to insure fast processing of credit to your account.  Please allow 1-3 business days from the date we receive your authorized returned package for your account to be credited.

All Returns and or Exchanges must be shipped via insurance mail with delivery confirmation. We will not accept any returns COD or freight collect.

Merchandise Return Conditions:

  • All Returns or Exchanges must be in store purchased condition.  
  • Marked, used, worn or soiled merchandise is considered Non-Refundable merchandise.  
  • Mouthguards and undergarments are non-refundable items.
  • Order must have been placed within the last 30 days.
  • Original shipping carton should be used.  If discarded, a new outer shipping carton will be acceptable.
  • Include all materials provided with the purchase.
  • Return Authorization number must be on outer carton.

Incorrect Shipments:

If you receive an incorrect shipment, please notify us within 3-5 days after receipt in order for us to make the purchase right for you at once.  WrestlerSupply.com will send you a pre-paid shipping label.  Upon receipt of the label, simply attached it to the shipping carton and drop it off at any FedEx location or drop box.  You will not be charged for any additional shipping charges.

Non-Refundable Merchandise:

  • Undergarments and mouthguards
  • Any free gifts received with purchase are not eligible for returns for credit or exchange.
  • Custom Clothing, Uniforms or any decorated products are non-refundable and non-returnable for any reason.

Exchange Policy:

If you receive an item that the fit isn’t just right for you we will be happy to exchange the item for another size.  No re-stocking fees or added shipping charges on exchanged product.

Shoe Exchange Policy:

  • Shoes must be in perfect store bought condition.
  • Shoes with signs of wear will not be considered for exchange.
  • Order must have been placed within  30 day of return request date.
  • Use original shipping carton to return the product to be exchanged.
  • All materials originally provided with the purchase must be included.
  • Do not use the manufacturers shoe box as the shipping carton.
